SnugFit®, the improvised spandex from INVIYA®,
provides excellent unwinding performance with zero breaks at high
speeds (over 1,000 pieces per minute).
Designed with uniform tension throughout the package and transfer tails
that reduce yarn splicing, it enables longer run times and smoother processing.
The advanced winding technology makes it suitable for both
OETO (Over End Take Off) and RTO (Rolling Take Off).
A wide range of products
Products from the polymer variant of the improvised spandex fibre
range from 310 dtex - 1840 dtex and are available in large spool sizes.
These fibres also offer extensive customisation options including
Denier, Modulus, Power, and many more performance variations.
Adhesive compatibility and low creep rate
SnugFit® is covered with a specially designed finish oil cover
which provides a low creep rate.
The fibre is also compatible with most leading adhesive brands
available in the market, making it highly versatile for hygiene applications.
Skin-friendly
SnugFit® is a non-toxicological and environment-friendly product
approved by OEKO-Tex under Annex 6, Product Class I for Baby Articles.
It has also been dermatologically tested and approved for Human Patch Tests
by SGS Institute Fresenius, proving its skin-safe and irritation-free properties.
